Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the program, pricing and the clinic.

The program

How is Jvty different from an annual check-up?

An annual check-up is usually a snapshot: a few blood tests, a short visit, and a result of “normal” or “not normal”. Jvty is a program. We measure much more of how your body works, a physician turns the results into one plan, a team helps you carry it out for twelve weeks, and then we retest to see what actually changed.

Jvty complements your own doctor; it does not replace them. You can share your report with any clinician you see.

What happens in the 12-week Foundation?

You start with a full assessment: labs, DEXA, a CPET/VO₂ max test, vitals and a physician assessment, alongside your dietitian, performance clinician and behavioural therapist. Your physician reviews the results with you one-to-one and sets the plan. Over the following weeks the team works with you on nutrition, training, sleep and stress. At week 12 we repeat targeted labs and reassess function, and your physician reviews the change with you.

Who is Jvty for?

Adults who feel broadly well and want to stay that way — or who want to understand risk before it becomes illness — and who are ready to act on a plan. If you have an active medical problem, your physician will advise whether Jvty is right for you now or whether a specialist should come first.

What if a result is urgent?

Your physician contacts you directly, explains the finding and arranges the next step, including referral to an appropriate specialist. Your coordinator handles the referral and records.

Membership & pricing

How much does Jvty cost?

Foundation is SAR 28,000 for 12 weeks. Continuum — Foundation plus nine months of Sustain — is SAR 48,000 for the first year. After the first year, annual renewal is SAR 30,000. Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR); any applicable taxes are confirmed before you commit.

If you start with Foundation, you can continue into the nine-month Sustain phase after your week-12 review for SAR 20,000, which brings you to the same first-year total.

What is not included?

We keep the program honest about its limits. MRI and CT imaging, IV therapies, supplements and meals are not included. Wearable devices are optional and charged at cost. Psychiatric care, when indicated, is arranged separately with a consultant.

Can I message my physician at any time?

You can reach your care team through governed messaging, and your coordinator is your day-to-day contact. We do not promise unlimited or 24/7 physician messaging — clinical questions are routed to the right person, and emergencies should always go to emergency services.

Is Jvty covered by insurance? Can I pay in instalments?

Insurance coverage and instalment options are being finalised [TBD]. We will confirm both before you commit.
