What your first visit looks like

Your coordinator meets you; the nurse takes vitals and prepares you for testing.

Blood draw for your lab panel, then a DEXA scan.

Sessions with your dietitian, performance clinician and behavioural therapist.
- ClosePhysician assessment
History and examination with your physician. CPET/VO₂ max may be scheduled separately with our partner.
