Your Jvty experience

Measure, plan, intervene, retest. Four steps, one physician-governed team, and a result you can see in numbers.

Step 1

Measure: your complete baseline

Your program begins with an assessment that goes well beyond a routine check-up — measured and recorded so we can retest the same things later.

A calm, private visit

Unhurried appointments in private rooms, with your coordinator managing every step of the day.

Vitals & clinical metricsRecorded · ready for testing

Nurse-led preparation

Vitals and clinical preparation before blood biomarkers, DEXA body composition and functional testing.

Partner diagnostics

CPET/VO₂ max and phlebotomy are delivered with licensed partners; we hold the results and the plan.

Step 2

Plan: your results, explained

Your physician brings every result together into one picture and reviews it with you one-to-one.

Your week-12 retest is back. Fitness and fasting glucose moved the right way — let’s review the rest together.

One plan, not five

Nutrition, training, sleep and stress goals are set together so they support each other.

If something is urgent, we move quickly

Your physician calls you, explains the finding and arranges specialist referral.

Step 3

Intervene: guided change for twelve weeks

This is where most programs stop and Jvty starts — each specialist works with you on their part of the plan, with structured follow-up between visits.

Clinical nutrition

A dietitian-built plan you can actually follow, adjusted as your results change.

Strength & function

A performance clinician tests how you move and prescribes training around you.

Sleep, stress & behaviour

Behaviour work is part of the core program — not an add-on.

Step 4

Retest: prove what changed

At week 12 we repeat targeted labs and reassess function, and your physician reviews the change with you.

How is Jvty different from an annual check-up?

An annual check-up is usually a snapshot: a few blood tests, a short visit, and a result of “normal” or “not normal”. Jvty is a program. We measure much more of how your body works, a physician turns the results into one plan, a team helps you carry it out for twelve weeks, and then we retest to see what actually changed.

Jvty complements your own doctor; it does not replace them. You can share your report with any clinician you see.

What happens in the 12-week Foundation?

You start with a full assessment: labs, DEXA, a CPET/VO₂ max test, vitals and a physician assessment, alongside your dietitian, performance clinician and behavioural therapist. Your physician reviews the results with you one-to-one and sets the plan. Over the following weeks the team works with you on nutrition, training, sleep and stress. At week 12 we repeat targeted labs and reassess function, and your physician reviews the change with you.

Who is Jvty for?

Adults who feel broadly well and want to stay that way — or who want to understand risk before it becomes illness — and who are ready to act on a plan. If you have an active medical problem, your physician will advise whether Jvty is right for you now or whether a specialist should come first.

What if a result is urgent?

Your physician contacts you directly, explains the finding and arranges the next step, including referral to an appropriate specialist. Your coordinator handles the referral and records.

Where is Jvty available?

Clinic locations and opening dates are announced to invited members first [TBD]. Some diagnostics, such as CPET and phlebotomy, are delivered with licensed partners.
